Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Listing, appearing in search, receiving calls, emails and quote requests are all free, with no commission. In future, we'll offer an optional Premium plan with extra features, but the free listing isn't going anywhere.
How do quote requests work?
If you opt in, we send you requests from customers in the areas you cover. Each request goes to no more than 3 businesses, so you aren't competing with a crowd. You contact the customer directly and keep 100% of the job.
How do you verify credentials?
We check memberships and registrations against the official public register, such as Gas Safe, the SRA, ICAEW or DVSA, and record the date we checked. Verified credentials get a tick on your profile.
How do I update my profile?
Sign in with your email address. We send you a secure link, so there's no password to remember. From your dashboard you can edit everything, add photos, reply to reviews and see your leads.
Can I leave?
Of course. Email us and we'll remove your listing straight away.
